Can you stomach being an Entrepreneur?

  1. This is sooooooo true. That is why it is so important to have healthy habits and outlets for managing entrepreneurial anxiety!

    what do I do...
    Play with the kids
    Build something
    Drink a lot of water
    Eat Garlic
    Paint
    Talk to a Friend
    Do Laundry (or some brainless repetitive activity)
    Sit on a bench and daydream for an hour
    Exercise

    What do I avoid...
    TV
    Bad food
    dehydration
    bad company
